Motor wont trim down

I have a Johnson 140hp tilted all the way up and I cant get it to tilt back down. The lowering seleniod clicks when you press the lower button but the motor dosent come on.

If it has been setting out in the sun, it could be hydro-locked, use the manual relief valve.

Thankyou captain, coould you tell me where I may find this, and if I do this will air get into the hydralics???

The manual release is on the starboard lower side of the TNT unit.

Also try swapping the solenoids to see if the problem is now with the up circuit. If so, replace the solenoid.

The system is self bleeding, so no need to worry about air.
