Let's just say that it was a Landmark ruling that has gone begging for decades now.

Us Texas boys ain't never had to worry 'bout that. :D We always knew what "people" ment. Shoot, (no pun intended) by the time I was 10, I could load and clean and have fun under the watchful eyes of Dad.

My thoughts exactly JB... I'll guarantee you those 4 are the same 4 that ruled in favor of eminent domain abuse, too. IMHO... those 4 need to just do the country a big favor and step in front of a train.

Why is it that there are checks and ballances with regard to congress and the white house, but none with the supreme court? There needs to be a legal way to get rid of the bad SPOTUS justices.
