I have a 1999 bayliner with 181 cid 3 litre 4 cyl.......my question is: there is a single spring loaded adjustment screw right at the base of the carb where it bolts to the manifold, is this a idle/low speed adjustment screw or a high speed adjustment screw ? If low speed, is there a fixed jet for high speed in the carb? Is there any read/schematic info for this carb with part numbers/ thanks

its an idle mixture adjustment screw
there is no high speed adjustable jet, it's a fixed jet
the idle speed screw is right where the throttle cable hooks up.

Thanks for the fast reply......if I want to split the top and bottom of the carb apart to clean the high speed jet, is the gasket gonna be reusable or do they generally tear and I'll need another before I start? Also, is there any place to view a parts page with part numbers for this carb?
