After idling for a while the motor is very sluggish trying to get on plane. If I run the motor at 1/4 throttle it seems to clear up a bit then it is fine when I punch it to full throttle . Happens every time I sit and idle for a bit . Have rebuilt the fuel pump thinking it was a hole in the diaphram , no difference . Ideas anyone?

Idle air bleeds a bit dirty making the idle a bit rich and loading up the plugs.

Time to clean the carbs completely.

Check the vacuum hose from the intake to the computer, small oriface gets dirty and computer cannot register vacuum well at idle and tends to run rich.

Next is to check TPS values within range.

TPS is good. Checked out the vacuum hose , seemed clear , blew it out , will see if there's any change next time out .
