Yamaha side remote controls

I have a boat with a yamaha 703 side remote control box. The controls were shifting really hard so I took it apart. Some of my nylon washers are worn and/or broken. Can I buy parts for this shifter? And if so, can anyone tell me where to go to purchase these internal parts? I was looking around online, but all I could find was the complete unit.
