1997 ficht ocean pro 150 wont start now

I just put a 1997 ocean pro 150 on the back of my century center console and bought all new controls for it. the engine has had all of the updates. I started the engine today for a second or two and then shut it off real fast then tried to start it back it wouldnt start, it has no spark now. did it shoot a code or something or is there some type of safety switch that needs to be reset?

Check to see if there is a fuse for the computer (ecu) on the motor? Or another fuse at the motor?
