1993 Mercury OUtboard

I have a 1993 Mercury 2-stroke outboard . Serial # is 0D065021. There are no HP markings on the engine cover. I know that it is either a 9.9 or a 15 hp. How can I determine the exact hp ?

You will have to call the dealer. And I think you will find that 0D065021 is a 1991 model.
