Boat and trailer tipped up during heavy rain... what to inspect for damage?

So, I pulled into the driveway last night to see this:

Now, it looks like there wasnt alot of pressure on the transom because the back of the trailer was on the ground and there wasnt any pressure on the motor either.

I am just worried about that initial "thud"...

what are your thoughts? Am I going to be okay?

Not going to be any trouble at all - nothing to worry about. Nice soft wet grass to slow it down as the skeg digs into it. Can't get any significant loads on the transom cause the wheels would just roll. Say you've got 20 gallons of water in there - that's 160 pounds, spread out over the whole transom. Unless you're transom is rotten, you could stand on it at that angle - more than 160 pounds most likely, concentrated on the area of your footprints instead of spread out - with absolutely no effect at all. Check the electrics and go boating!

from now on, keep the plug out, and area clear. a cover would do wonders. couple pieces of PVC, some fitting, and an blue tarp & rope, or bungee.

What size pvc did you use, 3/4 or 1"?
