Hi I am new here and have a few questions.I have an evinrude lightwin 4hp serial # 4106D-E08392 i think it is an 1983 but am not sure also i do not no the right fuel mix. There also is no neutral all it says is stop,start and fast is this normal . Thank you very much Nisha.

Welcome to iboats Nisha!

I have it as a 1971 4HP. The fuel mix is 50:1. No neutral, start and Go. Rotate motor 180 degrees for reverse. Nice motor, easy to work on very dependable.
