2008 4 stroke 115hp not documented help

Purchased a new 08 described above. My dealler was paid in full installed the engine but never has forwarded my paper work for me to register it with Yamaha........My calls to him I get the run around can someone direct me to a representive of Yamaha outboard engine, my dealler was located in cookvile tenn.

was this installed at an actual Yamaha dealer or by a shop that simply purchased a unit for them to install?
any factory authorized Yamaha dealership can register your motor.
I dont think you can register it as you dont have a dealer ID number nor access to the Yamaha business program.
you may wish to contact the yamaha consumer line in Kennesaw GA,its 1-866-894-1626 and they can direct you to a dealership in your area that can solve your issue and insure the proper PDI sheet was done. if it was not it may need to be done.
you can also use the yamaha outboard dealer locator on the web.

no he's a farily large yamaha dealler, ill call the 800 number, the dealler gave me there dealler number to send the card in but the darn card ask for all the info seriel # etc had a place for the stamp but no mailing address on it
