Power Pack? All 3 cylinders on starboard bank go out

On my 1997 Evinrude 150 Ocean Runner V6, when running along, all 3 cylinders on the starboard shut down. No spark on any of them. After I let it cool down, all was well again. Am I correct in assuming that it's the power pack that's failng? Or is there something else that I should be looking at?

Just for kicks unplug the shift assist switch and check spark again. Probably isn't it, the cooling off period indicates something else but it's so simple to try.
