As reported 12:30 AM EST Friday Aug 22 by NBC news the IOC has requested further investigation regarding the actual age of 4 members of the Chinese Womens Gymnastics team. Recently revealed documents suggest the actual age of the team members to be 14 years old. If verified the findings will result in a disqualification of the members involved. The resulting action would also effect the Medal Standings, and overall outcome in the womens gymnastic competitions.

It matters, not because of the games, but because it is sanctioning government manipulation of information... THAT is the problem! Manipulation of this type is destructive to freedom as we currently know it....
