1978 Black max 200, rough idle, and slow taxi. Runs great 10mph-67. Hard to start use choke everytime, with cloud of blue smoke. This is a pre-mix motor, no injectors. Mix is right, carbs been rebuilt by shop, great compression, impellor changed, right jets, new bulb, no fuel leaks, plugs new but sort wet. Its like running rich. kicking and bucking at slow speed. Shop sts this is ok Any Help? Thanks
