johnson 80 super sea horse outboard

firstimer to the boating life, just purchased this johnson 80 super sea horse. boat sat for a year. took her home , hooked up battery, tried to start , nothing! no clicks, no tilt, not even the "on" light. battery's good. i thought ignition? took it off it has 3 terminals on back "bat" "sol" "ign". some wires are not connected.
1.how can i determine the year
2.any suggestions on what to do next.

model # off transom mount. that is the wrong ignition switch.

#2 what kind of switch would you recomend for accesories cb, fishfinder, spot light
