Was hoping someone here could tell me if, Eska or Tecumseh made this motor for Western Auto.

Model# is C0C6509A76...
The A76 at end is why i thought it was a 1976 model...But not really sure...Serial# is 1283, 9.2 BHP, 4750 RPM...Made in Kansas City, MO.
Top of powerhead says: WICO ELECTRIC CO., Springfield,Mass.

It's also locked-up, from being stored (inside though) for 10 years...And was wondering what it might be worth...I believe it would be worth more if made by Eska...But not sure...

Thanks, any info appreciated... Steve

Your better off it being a Chrysler at least it should be somewhat dependable.
Some parts can be a pain to find.

So does this mean, the motor was made by Chrysler...???
Being the serial# COC-6509A76...
And would it be a 67 model, being this showed up as a 1967 carb kit...???
Funny how some models for years are reversed, like (A76) for 1967 models...
S# COC-6509A86 for 1968 models...But S# COC-6509A66 for 1966 models...
And does (COC) stand for Chrysler Outboard Co. ???

Thanks for any extra info on this..Steve
