A Maxum is a basically a Bayliner with some additional features or better upholstery etc. A 90HP on a 17' would not be a speed demon but should be more than adequate. $3500 could be a fair price but only if in exceptional condition. Make sure you are including Delaware, and Maryland in your Craigslist searches to make sure you're getting be best range of options in our area.
