Has it escaped from the zoo?

Only one way to catch a roo, high velocity lead poisoning. The upside is they are very tasty when BBQed.

There are no calls, nor is there any food 'bait'.
Lucky there is only one missing.
They are a curse when crossing the road in front of you.
It just appears in front of you, and while you are trying to avoid it, it is the 2nd one hard on his tail that gets you....you never see it coming....and if you hit it on the 'rise' then you got a 50-50 chance of it joining you in the front seat and kicking your car to bits from the inside.

Cheers

That's a good description of what happens with the deer up in these parts, due to overpopulation

First you need to be wearing a pink T shirt and a pink hat and a snickers bar....... you need to crawl around very quietly whispering "here roo roo" followed by a loud piercing "WOOOOOT" try that for at least two hours starting at high noon. Kangaroos like populated areas so it may be best to start in a very puplic place. Starting at the third hour you need to YELL out loud "HERE ROO ROO" followed by a soft level "wooooot woooooot" which makes that kamgaroo know you mean business. As soon as you see the kangaroo offer it the snickers bar as an act of friendship.....then you grab him! You deliver the snickers bar and the secret handshake and he will follow you home. You do know the secret kangaroo hankshake don't you?

It's a dark red meat with a distinctive flavor, I prefer it unseasoned (bit of salt and pepper maybe) and medium rare but I've seen people marinate it in a BBQ sauce and roast it. Yeah, same as beef.

Actually they sell the meat around here in VT in a gracery store...... who would have imagined there was a market for it here!

Its cheaper toe study in Melbourne Australia than a semester in Boston, daughter just returned from a 6 month term , loved it, but the food, roo was a disappointment. very popular with college students.

No biz stuff for me in the works. We have a staff there now so the prospector has to go prospect somewhere else. Looks like it will have to be a personal trip, which I keep threatening. The airplanes do go east too though . . . ;)

Hey QC I really figured you would advise Puddle Jumper to check the Local Ordinance and wear the proper equipment so he does not get a ticket! ;)
