Motor support question

Does anyone know the name of the part that holds the transom savor to the trailor frame? Its like a bolt with no threads and a wire that goes around both ends.

is it a clivis pin? it has a spring loaded little ball in the end to keep it from falling back out,with out preasure on it.
or there is one with a groove in the end and a wire that is fastened to the other end that clips over it to keep it in place.

look under sail boat hardware.

Stop at any home improvement or good hardware store (Lowes, etc.) as they have them.

Yep.Tractor supply and any farm store sells them too.
