Impellor Replace Instuctions or Diagrams?

I am wondering if any one has a diagram or instructions on replacing the Impellor in a 1977 Johnson 15HP. Or if not, a little bit of insight on the things to look out for in RR Impellor, the little things that can cause problems.

Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
