WOT RPM range

Does anyone happen to know what the WOT RPM range is for a 1984 70hp 'rude E70TLCRD? I think its 5200-5400 but am not too sure.

the book say 4500-5000, but with the lousy fuel we have today, they will run better and cooler a 5000-5500.
