I've looked over spares catalogs and could not find an upper roller bearing with oil seal for any Johnson V-4 models; for 2 and 3 cyllinder engines from 50 to 70 hp - the bearing is the same with the same part number. Does any one know if it matches with the one of the V-4 as well?

Re: Spare parts

The bearing and seal are seperate on a V-4. The seal and bearing are pressed in the top cover or crankcase head as OMC calls it. It is #3 in diagram and sold only as a assembly thru OMC/BRP. You can get it aftermarket thru Promarineusa.com as part #495(bearing) and #1733-2(seals and orings)

Re: Spare parts

Many thanks. It has been hidden in the cover. I'll try to look for it by its number.
