pulling off prop for 1st time

pulling off prop off 2005 alpha 1 gen 2 to re-lube prop shaft, plenty of wrenches, will i need some type of gear puller (prop puller) or will this come off by hand? new to me but need to do my own maintenance now----thanks

Ayuh,...

If it was Greased before,... It'll just slide right off,...

If it Wasn't,+ is now Siezed,...
I've seen it go as far as Cutting the old prop off...
Hopefully,.. Your's won't be that Bad....

You only need a 1, 1/16" socket,...
Use Forward to lock the shaft for Removal,+ Reverse for tightening...50ft.lbs. is Tight....

If seized just need a few taps with a hammer and it will come loose. Hope this helps.
