help with wind engine

Does any one know anything about the "wind engine" I know it is a Russian engine and i have a copy of the manual but i can't seem to find out what the conversion is for the spark plugs.....

the plugs in it are still the origianal russain and being in ireland i can not get them here and no one seems to know what plugs i should use any ideas would be greatly appreciated

I think if you can't find the info.Take the plugs to a NAPA at a slow time and comepare. I would compare to something like a Champion J4C check the reach and then the exposure of the center electrode the more metal exposed the cooler it operates. Pick a best guess and check it frequently for proper burn.

There's not much info out there about those Russian outboards. I did some searching a while back, and couldn't pin much down, although there were a couple of Russian sites that discussed them (in Russian).

The suggestion about taking the plugs into a parts stockist in your area is a good one. Match them as well as you can, then try them out.

Good luck. Parts are simply not available for your outboard.
