Sunray rebuild-help

Any one have info on the 1985 sunray 150? Any thing to aid the rebuild.

What are you trying to rebuild? The transom, stringers, floor, the whole boat?

Save for a few odd designs ( stringerless, no wood, foam support, etc ) most boats offer the same type of construction with some differences depending on the size and drive the boat utilizes.

All the wood will have to be replaced due to rot. The fiber glass is cracked in some places. Nothing in side but a steering wheel and some foam.

Welcome to iboats. Best thing you can do is read this restoration forum and look up stringers, transom..... I would spend time looking at the completed boats too. We probably have the LARGEST collection of restoration information available anywhere.

Take a few photos and post them here..... yes.... we are picture junkies!
