87 150 hp mercury several problems HELP!!!!

Hi I just bought a 17' Javelin bass boat with 150 hp mercury.I was having problems getting on plane.I had the throttle floored and it would only reach about 3000 rpm.It also died out once when I trimmed all the way down and took off.I did a compression check they all read 106 and all 6 are sparking.I put in sea foam and also sprayed carb cleaner in carbs.When I push on gas all needles open.Im stumped.I also replaced fuel filter.Also I just went out of town and when I came home I noticed a little oil coming out my exhaust and my prop.My motor was stored at a downward angle so maybe this has something to do with it.It starts fine and runs ok when going slow but it smokes really bad.Please Help

the oil on the foot is prolly from the exhaust its normal.youve got good compression on all 6 and u have good spark on all six the only leaves the fuel. is your bubble stayin tight try sueezing the bubble to see if it picks up , is your fuel pump working, whens the last time the carbs were cleaned and rebuilt?

ok I took it to the lake today.It started right up but it smokes like a dang chimney so I shut it down.When I went to load it it wouldnt start and just kept spitting out smoke.I did not get a chance to try to prime the bulb while driving to bypass the fuel pump.I gotta figure out y it smokes so bad first.I just bought the boat last month so its probably been awhile since the carbs were rebuilt.

Check your fuel pump as stated above and if the ball stays hard carbs are probably dirty mercs are a pain in the a,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

I have a manual jack plate.How do I know where it is supposed to be set?It seems to me that it is too low
