Hi, Just had the outdrive put on a few weeks ago. Today I look under and see a bellows ( lower one ) is ripped of the clamp closer to housing, question do I have to pull the outdrive to get at the clamps or can this be done with the outdrive attached to the boat?

Ayuh,... The bottom bellows is the exhaust,... It's Much Easier to fix with the drive Off...

Can the exhaust bellows be installed with the outdrive on the boat, also is this a critical part with regards to leaking water into the boat! Thanks for any replys!
