thermotat replacement

i remove the the thermostat on a johnson 200 1991 v6 and i need help putting it back i dont know how the diaf goes on plase help me with this

Not sure if you have the parts manual. Have a look here and see if it makes anything clearer for you. You have to change the Evinrude to Johnson and drill down to your year etc. Rick.
