Could not start the engine

I have a 50hp 1982 mercury outboard engine. It started 3-4 weeks ago after a long winter in Michigan. Now I couldn't start it. Tried multiple times. Anyone can help with advices or suggestions. Thanks.

Go to the Engine FAQs Forum, detang. Do "Outboard won't start".
