I'm looking for the Owners Manual for a 1996 Mercury Outboard 125hp.

Check eBay. Also, look for the Service Manual, as that will give you all of the diagrams, maintenance points, etc. You can usually find the manuals on CD for about $5. Just make sure that the CDs cover your serial number.
