Hello every one. Im an outboard tech. first time this happens to me. I ve tried every logical and non logical solution. My best guess is ignition issue. May be the cdi due to (quick start operation always on), or a defective timer base. I went trough the intake system (air and fuel, abnormal intake, valves), temperature sensor, carb jets, starter relay, indexing flywheel. I troubleshoot : Stator, cdi, and timer base, all the connections grounds etc etc. . thank you in advance sincerely. hot dog south florida
