What is the year and model number of your 15? Changing an impeller is fairly easy. Get back with this info and I am sure someone will guide you thru the the step on how to change an impeller. But more important get a service maual for that motor. That will be a great help in changing the impeller.

4 bolts to drop the lower unit.
The lower unit will drop down a couple inches and you will see a screw on the shift rod. Remove it and the lower unit will drop.
Remove the impeller housing, pull the impeller being careful not to lose the little key. Slide the new impeller down the shaft and when you get near the bottom align the key so it slides into the new impeller. Install cover.

Slide the lower unit back up into the motor and if it doesn't slide in all the way slightly turn the flywheel until it does. Pull the lower unit back out some and visually watch the water tube slide into the water pump housing grommet.
Install the shift shaft screw then slide the LU in all the way and re-install the 4 bolts.

Piece of cake
