5hp EVINRUDE 1995 spec. (EDITED)

I have a 5hp mariner, made in Illinois, serial No BE5DREDS, G04052411 presumably 1995, it has miss matched spark plugs (WHAT SHOULD THEY BE?)
And I can`t see anywhere to keep spare sheer pins and split pins.

I know these are basic questions but if you dont know, you dont know!

BE5DREDS = 1996 5hp Belgian made

Plugs are Champion QL86C, gapped to .030"

As far as a place to store spare pins ... ???
