Need Info on 19' 1987 Bayliner Cuddy outboard

In the process of getting back on the water & have a shot at a a 19' cuddy & trailer & possibly a 115 4 cyl Johnson with 25" shaft.
1. What engine size is max for that boat ? Is it strong enough for the 115
4 Cyl ?
Couldn't get any info from Bayliner.
2. Any suggestions what to look for when I finally get the cover off. My buddy had in on a trailer for years & wants to sell it. Always been covered.

should be fine, I have a 1988 Bayliner Capri bowrider 19' that came stock with a 125 Force OB!

A 19 foot cuddy should be good to at least 175 hp...
