If you keep your boat in the water, does having a stainless stell prop installed on an aluminum outdrive invite/promote electrolisis?

The anodes will take care of that. There are dissimilar metals in the motor and drive anyway. With or without a ss prop.

As long as you have an annode in the water (the dissimilar metal with the greatest oxidation potential will be the one that loses metal... hence the use of sacrifical anodes...

In other words, good thought, as long as you have the anodes in place, you're covered...
