Need To No How The Wiring Goes When Looking Aty The Control There Are 3 Buttons From Top Red White And Blue And The Color Of The Wires Are Purple White Green Blue Where Do They Go//?????

need to know model and year of the motor. some were electric shift and some where hydro electric shift. there is a difference.

On most of those switches, there is one post offset to one side of the bottom with the other two inline looking lengthwise. The offset one - that will be the red wire. With the other two, the forward post will be the green wire, and the rearward post will be the purple wire. To situate the switch, the blue button will be forward.
