leaking carboraters

95' johnson fast strike carboraters been rebuilt still leaking were brass plug is. any way to fix it???

You mean the brass drain plug/screw at the bottom of the float bowl?

There should be a rubber O ring to seal it.

no its the brass plug on the side of the bowl, looks like a brass BB on the left side looking at the air intake.

as you look at the assembly of the fuel system in the outboards manual for this model the picture it shows for the float bowl look at the left side opposite of the screw and o ring is what i have leaking

ok see if this helps. 1995 johnson 150 fast strike leaking out of float bowl not the brass screw. I think it is a plug on the bowl

I ended up getting a two part epoxy for plastic from napa to seal those up. Tried nail polish first, it didn't work. The two part plastic epoxy sealed them up good.
