Transome needs rebuilt

i have a 1991 procraft bass boat with a weak transome. i have talk to 2 rebuilders. one says procraft hull is not a 2 piece. the other guy said you can remove upper cap. can any one tell if the cap can be removed without cutting. thanks

It's a 2 piece hull and I am sure you can contact Pro-Craft to confirm it.
