Where is the bilge pump on an 88 Four Winns 180 Candia. Just bought yesterday and was full of water, and bilge pump is not working.

Ummm, is the boat on a trailer or in the water? If it is on a trailer, is the plug removed from the drain hole in transom (back of boat)?
