Is there a link to a year of manufacture chart for pre 1980 Johnson / Evinrudes ?
Trying to identify # 115ESL73M
Guessing at 115hp
electric start
20 inch shaft
1973

Other one is a little 4hp I am thinking of buying (always wanted one) and a neighbor has just dragged it out of his garage and has no use for it !!!

Great stuff. Thanks for the info. I will save it for future reference. I really want that little 4hp though. Just have to negotiate a decent price. Would go really well on my outfit as a kicker !!!!

Perfect thank you. The 115hp is a 1973 and the 4hp is a 1975.
