I cannot get my J15RESR to start cold unless I manually spray gas into the carb. Once it starts it runs great, idles, and even starts on every first pull unless I let it sit for 20-30 minutes and then try to start it. I just finished rebuilding the carb but it still did not fix my problem. I have a feeling it has something to do with the choke but I am not sure. I feel no resistance when I pull the choke knob out. If I pull the choke knob out fast, the butterfly will close but the motor will still not start. Should pulling the choke knob out also pump gas into the intake? Please help. I am willing to try anything at this point. Thanks.
