hi does anyone know howto take the upper crankcase head and bearin assembley out to replace without taking apart the whole engine

It's not that bad of a job but why do you want to change that bearing?

well the engine lockup because of that bearing but can anybody give me an answer is it possible to change with out taking apart the engine is there a special tool from evinrude

If the engine is locked up, how did you determine it was the bearing? We are curious -- not that we are trying to avoid answering your question. If we said yes it can, then you still don't have an answer so a factory service manual has the answer to your question and would list special tools needed.
