Every other Monday, when I have to spend 2+ hours dealing with a crappy timekeeping program. All the corrections and adjustments have to be done by 11am so payroll can get the data and get employee paychecks out on Thursday.

Where to start?

#1. Why do I have one good outing on the boat, and then the next outing SOMETHING goes wrong?

#2. Bad drivers, which seems to be about 98% of people on the road.

#3. Gas prices.

I could go on, but I'll keep this one short. .

Teen and college aged people's logic. They can sometimes spend more time and effort trying to avoid the actual objective rather than the direct approach.

Or they will spend a great amount of verbal effort explaining why they did it wrong.

Dumb Mistakes......like say 125 Gallons of diesel fuel in a 150 gallon gas tank of a very expensive 1949 40' consolidated.

Used that one mistake to educate 20 people.

I just went through the same thing. I asked the seller when was the last time he had it in water, His reply was "I have never had it in water"

To answer the OP question is
1) A Thief (People work all their life to have something and some low life takes in it 30 seconds.
2) Bad Drivers that cannot turn left at an intersection.

My freedom of speech being shouted down because I do not agree with you, being called names and such because I usually have facts and figures and logic on my side of the argument but,,, because certain people disagree, I am told to keep my opinions to myself. This is not what I and others fought for.

Meh, if I get pissed off about anything it's usually a 1 minute thing and then I just forget about it. I don't rant about things or get stressed over things. Getting mad or stressing over something just causes high blood pressure, bad thoughts/emotions and really gets you no where. Then again, people have told me that if I was any more laid back I'd be dead.

I guess the only real thing in my 27 years on this planet that has made my blood boil was when I found out that my gf (ex) of 10 years might have been cheating on me. Fixed that by booting her out the door (1 1/2 years ago) and found out about 4 months ago she really was... all because I wouldn't put a ring on her finger.

last year when i was looking for a motor, i see an ad for an early 60's johnson seahorse. I call the guy, he says it was on the water last year and ran great. I ask him to run it for me over the phone, says he will later and call me when he does. he calls me says he had it running with a teaspoon of gas into the carb, but didnt have a tank to keep it going. says he can show me when i get there that it runs. So i drive the 1 1/2 hours to get there, and the motor is IN the boat... not attached to the transom, but laying on the deck! i knew imediatly that he was bs and was about to turn and leave and he said "give me $100 for both... he had a spare... and orig wanted 400 for the "running" one. i said 50 bucks and you load them into my truck.

i drove home with 2 motors, neither working. btw, the boats last reg was 1989! Ironicly enough, i was driving my s-10 of the same year.

I agree with that statement, but when did we as a people become less tolerant of other peoples views. Used to be we could have a civil discussion and learn from each others points of view. Now no one wants to hear anything that might contradict what they think, reguardless if the facts do not back up what they think. Not even if there is video taped evidence. I have heard this before, My mind is made up, don't confuse me with the facts.

for me, it's the "It's all about me" attitude... it translates into stupidity behind the wheel and generally rude behaviour all over the place...

i agree with both your statments. it seems like there are a lot of people that feel if they say it you shouldnt question there statement and take it as fact.
then when you do question, its this (if you dont agree with me attitude, then i hate you and you must hate me)

there is so much more crap out there that we have to sift threw, that IMHO you realy have to question or at least think twice about what you believe or not believe

Entitlement. Whoever made it mandatory for some folks. Everything in this world has to be earned. Nobody's entitled to a drivers license, it's a privilege. A job is a privilege. As an employer, I'm amazed at the amount of times I've heard the entitlement word. The only time entitlement is deserved is when you pay somebody for something and you don't get it. You're entitled to complain about it, however, getting satisfaction will generally cost you more money & time. :p

Everybody is entitled to my opinion

Beyond that, you're entitled to life, and the pursuit of happiness with no assurance whatsoever that you will attain it.

Liberty? Sure, if you abide by the rules of the society you live in. If you don't wish to, said society will attempt, often successfully, to pursue their own happiness by depriving you of your liberty. And rightly so.

As to what ticks me off, it's the number of people who squawk so adamantly about their rights, with never a word about their responsibility.

The one is meaningless without the other.
