hi can anyone tell me what the proper spark plugs and gap are for a 1977 envinrude 70hp is and if you can find them at autozone/advanced

The shop manual says champion spark plugs L77J4 is the plug number and the gap should be 0.040 hope this helps.

Champion L77J4, .040, I have better luck getting them at NAPA....
