Help on year ID

Johnson V-4 looper. 115 HP
The only number is on the welch plug..nothing is on the transom bracket that is legible.
The number on the plug is G4029970
Anyone able to look up the year and model?

Looks like a 1996. Here is the model info: J115ELED. The unit has never been registered.
