I own a 40hp bigfoot. When the engine is cold I have to play with the throttle to get it over 2000 rpms, but it cuts out if I back off the throttle at all. Once its warm I can just give it full throttle and it takes off, but when I thottle down it still cuts out. I have tunned the carbs per the manual. Does anyone have any ideas.
