Thanks to all the great info on this site, I got my 15hp running. I have had a problem though. When idling the motor seems to miss, and actually turns the tiller by itself. Very annoying when your re-baiting.
What are some of the things I should look at?
Also I can detect a slight RPM change as it's running WOT. It will increase RPM's, and then lower them. Not enough to effect performance, I was just wondering if it is hurting anything.
