As I said before, your motor is either 1989 or 1990. Can't tell for sure without the model number because they look alike and the cover has been redone.

I based that on specific factory components of the motor that show in your photographs that either did not exist on earlier models, or are components that were only used for a short time during specific years.

If you know a BRP dealer well enough, she might contact BRP and see if they will look up the serial number for you.

Thanks ezeke. I think you're right buddy, upon my own research they started wiring the harness into the cowling differently in 92 and in 88 they were using different trim button(s)

I am still guna try and get a model # for this, how would I go about doing that? I've tried posting but nobody knows.
