what is the name

I have a boat that has a place on it to put a ( not sure of the name of it ) rail. It would mount on the back from the left to the right side. It is used to tie you ski rope to. Does anybody know what this is called so I can buy one?

The Ski tow hook that doubles as a tiedown? OR the tow harness/bridle that hooks from side to side?

I got the rope part of it but I have seen on other boats a rail like part kinda like a stair step shape only it goes the width of the boat. Then your rope would connect to it. This would put your rope at like head level in the boat. this is the best I can describe it without knowing the name of it. And knowing very little about baoting lol sorry
