adjusted screw on control box to get motor to turn over but, it doesn't seem that the safety switch is doing it's job because the prop still spins when cranking. what steps do I need to take in checking the safety switch. Also, which direction should the safety switch cam turn when start lever is pulled up? clockwise or counter clockwise? any advice would be greatly appreciated. thanks.
