It is called Gasket Sealer, available at any automotive parts type store, comes in a can with a screw off cap that has a small brush atached to it.

No, but it doesn't matter. I've been using it for over 30 years, and it's recommended by OMC. Never fear, it's the ideal sealant. Just don't use it on anything that relates to the fuel system.

There's gonna be about six different products that fit that description.

Look for permatex aviation sealer, if you can't find that make sure that whatever it is it's non-hardening.
